Mt Cardigan

COVID was still a thing – we were all still masking. Yet the great outdoors was there, calling, and giving us an opportunity to socially distance from one another. So it was that my daughter and I decided on a short hike to Mt Cardigan – one of the 52 With a View summits.

And we were glad we did. The hike itself was relatively moderate – with an elevation gain of roughly 1200′ over a distance of 3.9 miles following the West Ridge trail to the summit, and the South Ridge trail on our return.
